It's been a minute since you've heard from me ...
If you follow me on social media, you may have seen one of the rare posts I've made recently about struggling to return to 'normal' after a trip to the US and closing the Attempting Motherhood Membership. Truthfully, I'm probably circling the drain of burnout and trying to turn inwards (as woo as that sounds) and really listen to what my mind and body need - funny enough it's been a lot of crochet.
I've stumbled upon this new hobby and love that it keeps both my hands and my mind busy and I'm forcing myself to simply indulge in the joy it brings. Not letting my mind do what it normally does of "this is going to be my next business" and other wild ideas it likes to run away with... simply doing it for the pure sake and joy of doing it.
